Ihr Lieben: In glücklichen Momenten empfindet ihr euch als Eins mit der Welt und erwacht bei vielen solcher Gelegenheiten morgens mit dem Gefühl, strahlend und voller Energie zu sein. Fragt ihr euch da nicht, warum es dann auch wieder Zeiten gibt, in denen ihr das genaue Gegenteil empfindet, als ob ihr die Last der ganzen Welt in eurem Gemüt zu tragen hättet? Ich will euch sagen, dass Vieles davon mit den Problemen zu tun hat, mit denen ihr abends schlafen geht und die weiterhin ungelöst sind, wenn ihr dann wieder aufwacht. Die meisten unter euch haben nachts außerkörperliche Erfahrungen, und es sind Gelegenheiten, mit Anderen zusammenzutreffen und mit ihnen gemeinsam über einen Weg des Handels zu entscheiden. Und das geschieht dann in freundschaftlicher Atmosphäre, in der ihr einen Weg ausfindig macht, die Probleme zu überwinden.
Das bedeutet, dass, wenn ihr erwacht, bereits ein Weg etabliert wurde, wie eine Lösung herbeigeführt werden kann. Das gibt euch Frieden in eurem Gemüt, auch wenn ihr im Moment keine Wiederherstellung der Szene zur Verfügung habt, in der dieser Lösungsweg gefunden wurde. Ihr habt dann aber einfach das innere Wissen darüber, was zu tun ist, wenn ihr dem Problem erneut gegenübersteht. Oder aber: ihr seid sehr eigensinnig und lehnt den Ratschlag ab und lasst ihm keine Chance. Dann bleibt das Problem, und ihr erwacht mit ihm – fest in euer Bewusstsein eingebettet – , was oftmals Gefühle der Unruhe und Unzufriedenheit bewirkt.
Ihr alle verlasst euren Körper, wenn ihr euch im Schlafzustand befindet; aber wenn ihr ein absolut Ungläubiger seid, was die außerkörperlichen Erfahrungen betrifft, bleibt ihr eurem physischen Körper während des Schlafens sehr nah. Leute mit ‘außersinnlichen’ Fähigkeiten können dies sehen – auch die ‘Verbindungsschnur’ zu eurem Körper. Es ist notwendig, dass ihr eure außerkörperlichen Erfahrungen tagsüber dem Unterbewusstsein überlasst, damit ihr euren alltäglichen Aktivitäten nachgehen könnt, ohne abgelenkt zu sein. Manchmal kommen blitzartig Erinnerungen an eure nächtlichen Erfahrungen hoch, die euch dann wie Träume erscheinen mögen. Oft trefft ihr dort auch auf Verstorbene, die euch wahrscheinlich sehr nahe gestanden haben. Haltet euch vor Augen, wie viel Auftrieb ihr unter diesen Umständen empfindet.
Abhängig davon, wo ihr euch in eurer Evolution jeweils gerade befindet, kann es auch sein, dass ihr mit euren geistigen (spirituellen) Mentoren zusammentrefft und mit ihnen eure Fortschritte – oder Probleme, die ihr habt, diskutiert. Ihr seid damit niemals alleingelassen, auch wenn ihr den freien Willen habt, Rat und Hilfe auszuschlagen. Aber nicht nur im außerkörperlichen Zustand erhaltet ihr Hilfe, denn eure Geistführer sind zu allen Zeiten mit euch, ohne sich in euer ‘Privatleben’ einzumischen. Wie eure Schutzengel auch, haben sie eine Verbindung zu euch und können augenblicklich bei euch sein, wenn sie gebraucht werden oder wenn euer Leben bedroht ist. Ist es nicht tröstlich, zu wissen, dass euch in eurem physischen Leben so viel Fürsorge und Aufmerksamkeit zuteil wird?!
Wenn ihr euch dem Zeitpunkt eures physischen Ablebens nähert, versammeln sich viele Seelen um euch, um euch den Übergang so leicht wie möglich zu machen und euch in die höheren Ebenen zu geleiten. Da gibt es natürlich auch einige unter euch, die glauben, sie würden in eine Art Schlafzustand fallen, in dem sie bis zum “jüngsten Tag, dem Tag des Gerichts” verharren müssten. Aber wenn ihr jegliche Hilfe abblockt, die euch gegeben werden kann, seid ihr nicht fähig euch weiterzuentwickeln. Unter diesen Umständen besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ihr erkennt, dass ihr euren physischen Körper hinter euch gelassen habt, und euch entscheidet, nach Hilfe zu “rufen”. Sobald dies geschieht, werden andere Wesenheiten in der Lage sein, zu euch zu kommen und euch aus dem Schleier herauszuhelfen, den ihr um euch gewebt hattet. Wenn ihr euch dann erst einmal wieder mit Freunden und anderen geliebten Seelen vereint habt, habt ihr euch – wie ihr sagen würdet – eingewöhnt und könnt Rückschau halten auf euer Leben auf Erden. Ihr selbst seid es, die eure Handlungen, euer Denken, eure Taten beurteilen, die gegen euer Karma und euren Lebenskontrakt abgewogen werden. Das Schöne an dieser Rückschau ist, dass ihr sie ohne Zorn oder andere negative Emotionen halten könnt und daher klar und objektiv sein könnt im Verständnis der Zusammenhänge.
Ihr braucht keine Furcht zu hegen hinsichtlich eures ‘Umzugs’ aus der physischen Existenz in die himmlischen Reiche des LICHTS. Der Tod an sich ist nichts Schmerzhaftes, nur die möglicherweise vorausgehende Periode einer Erkrankung, die einen solchen Übergang oftmals begleitet. Bei solchen Anlässen versammeln sich viele Wesenheiten mit großer Liebe um euch, damit es ein leichter Übergang wird, der in keiner Weise traumatisch sein sollte. Wenn ihr in die höheren Dimensionen aufsteigt und den Wunsch habt, weiterzukommen, legt ihr einfach euren Körper nieder und entgleitet ihm so leicht, wie wenn ihr in einen Schlaf fallt. Das könnt ihr so oft tun, wie ihr möchtet; ihr könnt den Körper für lange Perioden verlassen, wenn ihr euch in höhere Dimensionen wagt, wo ihr ihn nicht benötigt.
Wenn ihr durch eure Lebenszeit auf der Erde geht, wird euch dabei viel Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Auch wenn keine Einmischung geschieht, während ihr eure karmischen Erfahrungen durchlauft, ist da doch immer eine ausgestreckte, geleitende Hand, wenn ihr um Hilfe bittet. Leider glauben viele Seelen nicht diese Wahrheit hinsichtlich ihrer Geistführer und Beschützer, die euch sehr viel näher rücken können, wenn ihr deren Präsenz anerkennt. Dennoch könnt ihr euch um eure karmische Verantwortung nicht herumdrücken, denn es gibt bestimmte Ereignisse, die ihr in eure Lebenszeit mit eingeplant habt, da sie Gelegenheiten für eure Weiterentwicklungen bieten. Macht euch daher klar, dass die Seelen inmitten des offenkundigen Chaos sowohl im LICHT als auch im Chaos ihre Erfahrungen ausagieren.
Ihr befindet euch in der letzten Phase eurer Reise durch diesen Dualitätszyklus, und sie bietet euch ein für allemal eine Gelegenheit, aus dem Rad der Wiedergeburt in dieser Dimension auszusteigen. Nehmt Notiz von euren tiefempfundenen Gefühlen und lauscht auf eure innere Stimme; folgt eurer inneren Führung. Lasst nicht zu, dass andere Sterbliche euch von eurem Pfad abbringen wollen, denn jeder unter euch wird seine eigenen Ziele haben, und es ist wichtig, dass ihr diese erreicht. Erinnert euch daran, dass ihr ermuntert seid, uns um unsere Hilfe zu bitten; ihr müsst nur unseren Namen erwähnen, dann werden wir Verbindung zu euch aufnehmen. Redet mit Gott, denn alles, was ihr tut, ist unauflöslich mit dieser Energie verbunden. Geht in euch und “redet” frei und offen mit Gott, dann werdet ihr mit Sicherheit Liebe und Führung empfangen.
Ich bin St. Germain, und ich bleibe am Steuerruder eures Planeten, während dieser durch den Weltraum rast – seiner bereits vorausgeplanten Bestimmung entgegen. Ihr werdet gemeinsam aufsteigen und die alten Wege hinter euch lassen, die ihrem Zweck gut gedient haben. Es sind jetzt flüchtige, sprunghafte und sehr wechselvolle Zeiten auf Erden, weil ihr euch im Stadium der Reinigung befindet, die unerlässlich sind für die Manifestation der Bedingungen, die es erlauben, dass der Aufstieg wirklich beginnen kann. Wenn ihr also seht, dass da Altes bereinigt wird, ist dies notwendig und unumgänglich, um den Weg für das Neue freizumachen. Blickt hinter die Zerstörung und den Tod, denn bald wird die neue Erde daraus hervorgehen und in ihren ursprünglichen Zustand versetzt sein. Schönheit, Frieden und Gottesfürchtigkeit werden wieder regieren auf Erden. Haltet fest an eurem Glauben an Gottes Plan, denn eure Zukunft ist euch zugesichert, und nichts wird die krönende Herrlichkeit des Aufstiegs verändern oder verhindern.

Ciò significa che al risveglio, trovate già fissato il tracciato verso una soluzione che vi tranquillizza, anche se non ricordate le circostanze in cui tutto è avvenuto. Conservate soltanto l’intelligenza interiore di prevedere come agire se il problema si ripresenta.

Tuttavia, potete anche mostrarvi molto ostinati, rifiutare qualsiasi consiglio e mantenere la vostra posizione. In tal caso, il problema rimane inalterato e, al risveglio, è fermamente impiantato nella coscienza tanto da causare spesso disagio e malumore.

Nel sonno, tutti lasciano il corpo, ma chi non crede affatto in queste esperienze, rimane molto vicino al corpo fisico. Le persone dotate di capacità psichiche sono in grado di vederlo, come pure la corda che connette al corpo fisico. Occorre lasciare le esperienze fuori del corpo nel subcosciente, in modo da svolgere le attività quotidiane senza esserne distratti. Talvolta, ricordate le attività notturne sotto forma di sprazzi improvvisi, che prendete per sogni. Spesso vi capita di incontrare qualcuno già trapassato, che vi fu molto caro: immaginate la vostra gioia in tale circostanza!
Secondo il vostro grado d’evoluzione, potete anche incontrare dei consiglieri spirituali e discutere con loro i progressi o gli eventuali problemi. Non siete mai lasciati soli a risolverli, sebbene conservate sempre la libera scelta se accettare o respingere l’aiuto e il consiglio. Spesso nella vita ci si sente molto soli, specie se di fronte ad un problema grave. In ogni caso, l’aiuto non vi è offerto soltanto quando vi trovate fuori del corpo fisico, perché le vostre guide sono costantemente con voi, pur senza mai intromettersi nella vostra vita personale. Come i vostri custodi angelici, esse sono sempre connesse e, se richieste, possono essere con voi all’istante, come pure in caso di pericolo mortale. E’ sicuramente molto confortante sapere che durante la vita fisica siete circondati da tanta cura e attenzione.

Quando qualcuno è prossimo al trapasso, molte anime si radunano accanto a lui per rendergli il passaggio quanto più facile e guidarlo poi verso i livelli più elevati. Certamente, alcuni di voi credono che si cada in un sonno profondo fino al Giorno del Giudizio; in tal caso, non si può proseguire perché qualsiasi forma di aiuto è bloccata. In tali circostanze, è possibile avere l’impressione di essere fuori del corpo fisico e, tuttora coscienti, decidere di lanciare un “grido” d’aiuto. Non appena questo avviene, alcuni Esseri sono in grado di venire a voi e guidarvi fuori del velo, in cui voi stessi vi siete avviluppati. Una volta riuniti con amici e familiari, si può dire che siete ormai ambientati e in grado di passare in rassegna la vostra vita terrena. Voi siete l’unico giudice delle vostre azioni, pensieri e comportamenti, che sono soppesati in relazione al Karma e al vostro contratto di vita. Il lato positivo di questo esame è che possibile farlo senza rabbia o altre emozioni negative, in modo da avere una comprensione chiara ed obiettiva.
Non dovete avere alcun timore del passaggio dall’esistenza fisica ai regni celesti della Luce. La morte non è per se stessa dolorosa, ma soltanto il periodo di malattia che spesso la precede. In queste occasioni, molti Esseri animati da profondo Amore si radunano attorno a voi circondandovi di tenerezza, in modo da rendere la transizione facile e per niente traumatica. Se vi trovate a livelli superiori e volete maggiormente progredire, dovete solo distendere a terra il corpo fisico ed uscire da esso con la facilità di un normale risveglio mattutino. In verità, potete farlo ogni volta che lo volete, lasciando il corpo anche per lunghi periodi di tempo, per recarvi in dimensioni più elevate dove il corpo fisico non è necessario.
Durante la vostra vita su Terra siete sempre circondati da tantissima cura. Anche senza interferire, mentre attraversate le esperienze karmiche, una mano amica è sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni richiesta d’aiuto. Purtroppo, molte anime non credono all’esistenza dei loro consiglieri e custodi quando, invece, sarebbe tanto facile farli accorrere, se soltanto ne ammettete la presenza. Anche così non potete evadere le responsabilità karmiche perché alcuni avvenimenti, in precedenza programmati, della vostra vita rappresentano delle occasioni per evolvere. Comprendete, dunque, che malgrado l’apparente confusione, le anime agiscono sempre in conseguenza delle loro esperienze tanto nella Luce quanto nelle tenebre.
Vi trovate ora nell’ultima fase del percorso nel presente ciclo di dualità, che offre un’occasione unica per superare la ruota della reincarnazione nella attuale dimensione. Fate attenzione ai suggerimenti del cuore, ascoltate la voce interiore e seguite le guide superiori. Non permettete ad altri mortali di distogliervi dalla vostra via; poiché ognuno di voi persegue le proprie mete, è importante conseguirle. Ricordate che siete invitati a ricorrere al nostro aiuto, e che vi basta pronunziare il nostro nome per connettervi con noi. Parlate col vostro Dio perché ogni vostra azione è indissolubilmente connessa a questa energia. Rifugiatevi all’interno di voi stessi, “chiacchierate” liberamente e apertamente con Dio e di certo riceverete amore e consiglio.

Io sono St Germain e resto al timone del vostro pianeta, mentre sfreccia nello spazio con il vostro destino già predisposto. Mantenete ferma la fede nel Piano divino perché il vostro futuro è garantito e nessuno potrà cambiare o impedire la gloria suprema dell’Ascensione.

Dear Ones, in your times of happiness you feel at one with the world, and on many occasions you awake in the morning feeling bright and energetic. Do you wonder why there are other times when you feel exactly the opposite, with the weight of the world upon your mind? I will tell you that a lot of this has to do with the problems that you go to sleep with, ones that are still unresolved when you awaken. For most of you your night time out of the body experiences are opportunities to meet with others, and decide a course of action to deal with them. You often do so in amicable circumstances to find a way to overcome them.

It means that when you awake from your sleep, a path has been established to find a solution. It gives you peace of mind, even though you do not have a recall of the circumstances in which it was made. You simply have an inner knowing of what to do when presented with the problem again. However, you can also be very obstinate, and refuse advice and will not give way. The problem remains and you awake with it firmly embedded in your consciousness, often causing a feeling of unease and unhappiness.

You all leave your body whilst in your sleep state, but if you are a total disbeliever of out of the body experiences you remain very close to your physical body. Those of psychic ability can see it and also the cord connecting you to it. It is necessary to keep out of the body experiences within your sub-conscious mind, so that you are able to go about your daily activities without being distracted. Sometimes you recall flashes of your nightly experiences, and these can seem as dreams. You often meet someone who has passed on, and they are likely to have been very close to you. Imagine how uplifted you feel in such circumstances.

Depending on where you are in your evolution, you may also meet your spiritual mentors and discuss your progress or any problems you have. You are never left to face these alone, although you have the freewill to reject advice or help. Life often seems so lonely especially when you have a major problem to face. Yet, it is not only when you are out of the body that you get help, as your Guides are with you at all times without intruding in your private life. Like your Angelic protectors they have a link with you, and can be at your side in an instant when they are needed, or your life is under threat. Is it not comforting to know that in your physical life so much care and attention is given to you.

At the time of your approaching passing many souls gather around you, and they make it as easy as possible and guide you to the higher levels. Of course some of you believe that you drop into a sleep state where you stay until Judgement Day. You are unable to proceed further as you have blocked any help that can be given. In these circumstances it is possible that you will have the realisation of having passed out of your physical body, and still be conscious and make a decision to “call” out for help. As soon as that happens, Beings will be able to come to you and guide you out of the veil you have placed around you. Once you have re-united with friends and loved ones, you are as you might say settled in, and can then review your life upon Earth. It is you who judge your actions, thoughts and deeds, that are weighted against your Karma and your life contract. The beauty of this review is that you can do so without recourse to anger or any other negative emotions, and in this way you can be clear and objective in your understanding.

You need have no fear about moving from your physical existence to the heavenly realms of Light. Death is not painful in itself, only the period of illness that often accompanies such a passing. On such occasions many Beings of great love gather around you surrounding you in love, so that it is an easy transition and not traumatic in any way. When you progress into the higher dimensions and you desire to move on, you simply lay down your body and slip out of it as easily as you drop off to sleep. Indeed, you can do so as often as you like and leave it for long periods of time as you venture into higher dimensions where it is not necessary.

There is so much attention given to you during your lifetime upon Earth. Even though there is no interference when you go through your Karmic experiences, a guiding hand is always extended to you when you call for help. Unfortunately so many souls disbelieve the truth about their guides and protectors, yet they can draw so much nearer to you if you acknowledge their presence. Even so you cannot avoid your Karmic responsibilities, as you have certain events that you planned in your life that represent opportunities to evolve. Realise therefore that within the apparent chaos, the souls are acting out their experiences both in the Light and dark.

You are in the last phase of your travels through this cycle of duality, and it offers a once and for all opportunity to climb off the wheel of re-birth in this dimension. Take note of your hear-felt emotions, and listen to your inner voice and follow your higher guidance. Let no other mortals dissuade you from your path, as you will have your own goals and it is important that you achieve them. Do remember that you are invited to call upon our help, and you have only to mention our name and we link with you. Talk with your God as every thing you do is inextricably linked with that energy. Go within and “talk” freely and openly with God and surely you will receive love and guidance.

I am St. Germain, and I remain at the helm of your planet as it speeds through space with its destiny already mapped out. You will all rise up together, and leave the old ways behind that will have served their purpose well. Times at present are volatile and very changeable upon Earth, as you are in the cleansing stages that are essential to manifesting the conditions that will allow Ascension to truly begin. It is necessary and unavoidable if you are to see the old cleared away to make way for the new. See beyond the destruction and death, as out of it the new Earth will arise soon to be restored to its pristine condition. Beauty, peace and godliness will once again reign upon Earth. Hold fast to your faith in God’s plan, as your future is assured and none shall alter it or prevent the crowning glory of Ascension.
